There
are 7 to 13 discs inside of lock and there are
6 angular positions on each disc. So lock
provides more than one billion combinations which become
one of the highest security locks in the world.
No spring-loaded locking pins are used. lock
would be free from fatigue and wear. Besides, it has high
security resistance to be picked or malfunctioned due to
dirt, freezing, or corrosion.
Rectangular
Type Locks: (high security)
Same
as Semi-Circle, but the key shape and hole on discs
are rectangular, which make easier key inserting and both
sides of the key are available for insertion.
Tubular
Type Locks: (medium security)
There
are 7 spring pins aligned as radial arrangement, pins have
several different lengths, which make more than 50,000
combinations. Owing to easier key inserting, tubular key
locks are widely used in many fields.
